Shipping

We ship to Australia only. All parcels will be sent Express Post with Australia Post at a flat rate of $15 Australia-wide.

International customers please contact us on info@thesewingcentre.com.au to arrange appropriate shipping.

Returns

The Sewing Centre will only accept returns that are acceptable (as detailed below) and will not accept exchanges.

The Sewing Centre will not accept returns on the following products:

1. Fabric
2. Lace
3. Ribbon
4. Any product that has been cut to length

The Sewing Centre will accept returns on products provided that:

1. The product is acceptable for return (see above)
2. The product is returned within 14 days from the purchase date
3. You produce the original The Sewing Centre receipt for the product
4. The product is in the original packaging along with any accessories and manuals
5. The product is not damaged and in original condition or if was faulty upon receipt
6. You contact the Sewing Centre to get approval for the return
7. The Sewing Centre reserves the right to refuse returns

The Sewing Centre reserves the right to inspect the product to determine condition and age prior to refund, after which may result in the refund being refused.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
